I never thought of getting boat insurance before for my yacht since I do not spend most of my time using it. I just inherited my boat from my father and ever since then, I enjoyed sailing with friends and family. Now that I was retrenched from my job and settled with a new job that pays not as much as before, I ended up living in the yacht. I tried my hardest to get a decent place but since I adjusted very well in my current condition, I opted to allocate my spending in insuring the safety of my current place. I invested boat insurance
and it gave me a decent coverage where I can work around with the possible damages that unforeseen events can cause my so-called home. Most of the time when I am sailing and just enjoy the view of the ocean, I cannot help but to wonder the possible uncertainties that might happen but now that I already have been covered by the insurance, it pleases me to not think anymore of the many uncertainties.
